Job summary

Watershed is seeking an experienced Sustainability Advisor to join our London team. You will work directly with some of the world's largest companies to guide their sustainability reporting and decarbonization efforts, while partnering with product and go-to-market teams to embed sustainability intelligence into our offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an advisory role and 4+ years of professional sustainability experience
• Expertise in corporate decarbonization and knowledge of climate frameworks (GHGP, PCAF, SBTi, ISO) and reporting (CSRD, ISSB, CDP)

Responsibilities

• Advise sustainability leaders at major companies on advancing their programs, leading engagements in target-setting, decarbonization, and reporting
• Stay ahead of frameworks and regulations to provide actionable guidance and maintain compliance
• Support development of new products and services by identifying sustainability needs and prototyping value for customers
