Job Introduction

The Leicestershire and Rutland Sexual Health Hub is advertising this newly created role, which will be crucial for developing and embedding strategic development, engagement, and partnerships to meet the sexual health needs of the community.
The purpose of the role is to support the Strategic Lead in developing effective, collaborative partnerships and engagement to ensure the sexual health needs of the Leicestershire & Rutland community, especially vulnerable groups, are met.
The role will manage the implementation of the Condom Distribution Scheme (Condoms Now) and liaise with statutory and voluntary partners supporting healthy lifestyles.
This position is vital for the success of the Strategic Vision of the Leicestershire & Rutland Sexual Health Hub and requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
Desirable skills include project management, a healthcare degree (e.g., nursing associate), and experience in contract management.
Must hold a current UK driving license and have daily access to a car for travel to clinics and meetings.
Package
Salary of £26,000-£29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus group pension, benefits, and discounts. Additional perks include access to wellbeing support, eLearning, career development, and a supportive organizational culture committed to high standards.
