Job summary

itsu is expanding its UK and European grocery and store footprint, and we seek an analytical Supply Planning Controller to balance service, stock, cost, and waste. You will lead a team across Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to optimise inventory and drive planning excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Planning roles in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making with planning systems.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain including procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor supply plans to ensure inventory availability while minimising excess stock and waste.
• Provide effective leadership and management to the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Manage supplier order schedules and replenishment plans for cost-efficient ordering.
• Support monthly stock close activities, inventory valuation, and planning system lock-down procedures.
• Work with Demand Planning to align supply with forecasted demand and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Analyse supplier performance, identify risks, constraints, and capacity challenges.
• Coordinate product launches, delists, and SKU switches to minimise disruption.
