Job summary

Ferrero UK & Ireland is seeking a Supply Planner to balance demand, inventory and manufacturing constraints across a portfolio of Ferrero brands. You will manage supply plans, ensure product availability and freshness while minimising waste.

The role requires collaboration with Demand Planning, Sales, Central Planning and logistics partners, to identify risks, support launches and drive continuous improvement in service levels and stock efficiency.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical and organised supply planning professional with FMCG experience.
• Strong inventory management and replenishment knowledge.
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP APO or SAP IBP.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory planning and replenishment for a portfolio of products.
• Create and manage supply plans to meet service targets while balancing cost and constraints.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Central Planning and logistics partners to align plans.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to protect service levels and minimise waste.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools and ways of working.
