Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Demand Planner to shape UK & Ireland demand forecast, ensuring product availability and optimal freshness. You will analyse sales trends, market intelligence and promotional activity to support S&OP and drive improved forecast accuracy.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to reflect launches, campaigns and changes in the demand plan, using SAP APO, Demantra and Excel for reporting and scenario modelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or similar analytical role, preferably within FMCG/retail.
• Proficient in Excel and forecasting systems (SAP APO, Demantra).
• Strong ability to transform data into actionable insights and support S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across product portfolios reflecting sales activity and market trends.
• Review forecasts with cross-functional teams and identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to monthly Demand Consensus and S&OP processes and align demand with supply capabilities.
