Beer52, Edinburgh, seeks a Supply & Demand Planner to own short- and long-range forecasts and demand plans across all product types, aligning with marketing activity to determine optimal purchasing volumes.

You will report to the Supply Chain Director, collaborate with 3PL partners, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, stock control and proactive reporting—minimising waste and ensuring timely despatch for subscriptions and shop listings.

Formación

• Highly numerate with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Able to turn data into clear, visual reporting for the wider business.
• Strong understanding of stock control, including short-dated stock.

Responsabilidades

• Taking account of current and future stock, create and implement short, full-theme and long-range forecasts and demand plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their plans and reflect these in forecasting.
• Partner with the Head Buyers to drive commercial opportunities through the timing of themes and ensure stock availability for retail opportunities and partnerships.
• Calculate and submit purchasing volumes for subscriptions and shop through a defined S&OP process, ensuring sign-off with the Supply Chain Director.
• Report on stock levels, weekly progress on reducing excess and short-dated stock, and upcoming risks.
• Work with the 3PL to plan and direct production, minimising delays to order despatch.
