Job summary

Monica Vinader is seeking a Supply Chain & Planning Coordinator to join our fast-paced team across Norfolk and London with hybrid working. This 12-month FTC will involve ownership of analytical, coordination, and cross-functional workstreams under the General Manager - Supply to keep product flowing on time.

You’ll lead cost analysis, forecasting, and supplier coordination with the NPD, Operations and Merchandising teams, delivering rigorous insights and practical actions in a dynamic jewellery

Qualifications

• Clear, concise communication of complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive collaboration across Merchandising, Design, Operations and NPD teams.
• Strong project management and critical path tracking with multiple workstreams.
• High numeracy and ability to build cost models and analyze supplier data.
• Experience applying cost analysis to commercial decisions and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed product cost breakdowns.
• Model the impact of metal price movements and duty changes on cost and margin.
• Carry out in-depth product cost analysis and present actionable recommendations.
• Support cost reduction reporting and track savings realization.
• Coordinate cost control and planning projects as directed.
• Communicate monthly buy plans and forecasts to suppliers.
• Track supplier performance metrics: on-time delivery, lead times and quality.
• Lead data collection for Supplier Annual Business Performance Reviews.
• Coordinate day-to-day raw materials planning and stock tracking.
• Project-manage workstreams within strategic projects.
• Embed robust controls and monitor supplier process compliance.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and onboarding projects.
