Job summary

ACCA is recruiting a Supplier Oversight Manager on a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract within the Financial Shared Services team. The role focuses on supporting supplier management, ensuring value, risk management, and governance across key suppliers.

You will drive adherence to procurement policies, lead data-driven supplier performance reviews using Power BI and Power Automate to streamline reporting, and act as a touchpoint for contract owners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards MCIPS or equivalent
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing or ESG procurement
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence across suppliers
• Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement
• Good numeracy and analytical skills; able to present data clearly using BI tools

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of ACCA's procurement policies and framework throughout the supplier base
• Identify top supplier risks and coordinate mitigations within the risk management framework
• Coordinate annual benchmarking of supplier management programme progress via surveys
• Manage supplier management dashboards and governance reporting on a regular cadence
• Serve as escalation contact for contract owners on relationship issues and training needs
• Contribute to environmental, social and governance improvements with top suppliers
