Job summary

Refresco is hiring at its Bondgate site in the UK for a S3 Supply Advanced Production Operative - Stock Controller. You will manage loading, storage, receipt and rotation of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, and Pallet Stocks to meet the Site Supply plan.

The role requires attention to GMP/HACCP compliance and accurate traceability documentation. The position is permanent, 42 hours per week with a 3 on/3 off days and nights pattern, and includes premium overtime, a bonus, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in site supply functions for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
• Familiarity with FIFO, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage loading, storage, rotation and receipt of finished goods, materials, and packaging to meet daily supply plans.
• Run FIFO rotation, cycle counts, and audit-ready warehouse processes.
• Operate Materials Handling Equipment per MHE standards.
• Complete traceability exercises and support audits and product trials.
• Monitor relevant systems and report non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Motivate and guide team to meet performance targets and standards.
• Collaborate with Site Supply team to support other departments as needed.
• Support KPI delivery for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in environment/systems.
