Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Stakeholder Manager for our project in Dungeness, United Kingdom. The role focuses on building and optimising relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of organisational objectives.

You will coordinate communication, manage expectations, and elevate risks while collaborating across operations, commercial, finance, engineering and external partners. A strong background in stakeholder engagement and project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, communications, or relationship‑focused roles.
• Background in engineering, utilities, infrastructure, construction (desirable).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage complex stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders, assess influence and impact, and develop engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships across departments, clients, suppliers, regulators, and partners.
• Deliver clear, consistent communication plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Work with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are understood and incorporated.
• Identify emerging concerns, manage expectations, and elevate risks appropriately.
• Produce stakeholder updates, dashboards, and engagement reports for senior leadership.
• Facilitate alignment between operations, commercial, finance, engineering, and external partners.
• Enhance stakeholder processes, communication channels, and engagement frameworks.
• Ensure stakeholder activity aligns with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards.
