Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement strategies for major infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland.

You will coordinate with statutory bodies, local authorities, elected representatives, landowners and communities to deliver effective stakeholder involvement throughout planning and delivery. The role requires extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and public consultation, with strong leadership, client management and business development

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Project Management, Communications, Geography, Planning).
• Extensive experience delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation programmes for infrastructure, energy, transportation, utilities or environmental projects.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland’s planning, environmental and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for major infrastructure projects.
• Act as senior client contact, providing strategic stakeholder management advice.
• Lead engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities and elected representatives.
• Manage relationships with community organisations, landowners and the public.
• Monitor and mitigate stakeholder-related project risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification, mapping and analysis for risk management.
• Provide strategic advice on stakeholder issues, sensitivities and opportunities.
• Lead public consultation programmes supporting development and consenting processes.
