Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited seeks a Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement strategies across infrastructure, transportation, utilities and environmental projects in Northern Ireland. You will coordinate with statutory bodies, local authorities, elected representatives and community groups to integrate stakeholder considerations into planning and delivery.

You will oversee public consultation programmes, manage stakeholder risks, and build client relationships while contributing to business

Qualifications

• Degree educated in a relevant discipline; extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and public consultation for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland's planning, environmental and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for major infrastructure and development projects.
• Lead engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities, and elected representatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification, mapping and analysis to inform risk management.
• Lead planning and delivery of public consultation programmes and communicate complex information clearly.
• Mentor and develop Stakeholder team members and support business development activities.
