Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement strategies across NI infrastructure projects and coordinate with statutory bodies, authorities and communities. You will advise clients, manage risks, and drive public consultation programs while growing the stakeholder engagement offering in Ireland and beyond.

The role requires senior leadership, extensive stakeholder experience, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (PM, Communications, Geography, Planning).
• Extensive experience delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation programmes for infrastructure, energy, transportation, utilities or environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for major infrastructure projects.
• Act as senior client contact; provide strategic stakeholder management advice.
• Lead engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities and elected representatives.
• Manage relationships with community organisations, landowners and the public.
• Monitor stakeholder risks and opportunities and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate stakeholder mapping and analysis to inform risk management.
• Lead public consultation programmes and communicate technical information clearly.
