Job summary

HMRC seeks an experienced stakeholder engagement professional to lead engagement with the tax agent community, professional bodies, software providers and other external partners. You will be a visible ambassador for Making Tax Digital and represent HMRC at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Interpret complex tax/technical requirements and translate into practical messages.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for external audiences.
• Significant experience influencing senior external stakeholders and partners.
• Fully qualified Accountant and/or Tax Adviser or equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead HMRC's engagement with tax agents and external stakeholders.
• Represent HMRC at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
