Job summary

First Recruitment Group seeks an Analyst / Communications Generalist on a contract basis in Glasgow. The role supports stakeholder engagement, communications and interface management for a major programme, maintaining engagement records and producing management information and visuals.

You will develop presentations, posters and reports, contribute to process improvement, and ensure accurate stakeholder data while working closely with delivery teams to drive successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data, registers or reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience producing presentations, reports and communications materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience following and improving structured processes.
• Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and multiple priorities.
• Experience creating visuals such as stakeholder maps or infographics desirable.
• Experience in defence, infrastructure, nuclear or other regulated industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder engagement, communications and interface management across a major programme.
• Maintain stakeholder information, engagement records and reporting systems.
• Produce management information, reports and programme communications materials.
• Develop professional visual communications products to support programme delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of programme processes and reporting activities.
• Maintain programme-level stakeholder and engagement registers.
• Manage engagement trackers and reporting processes.
• Produce stakeholder maps, infographics and other visual communication products.
• Develop presentations, posters and programme communications materials.
• Generate management information and reporting outputs to support programme activities.
• Ensure stakeholder information and engagement records remain accurate and up to date.
• Support programme teams in delivering stakeholder engagement and communications activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, communications and programme processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to support successful programme outcomes.
