Telford & Wrekin Educational Psychology Service is seeking a Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist to join a growing, values-driven team. The role is designed for an experienced maingrade or senior EP wishing to advance their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You'll lead strategic developments, contribute to innovative service models such as Experts At Hand, and work across schools and settings with a commitment to inclusion and high-quality practice.

Formación

• Be HCPC registered as a Practitioner Psychologist.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into operational practice.
• Commitment to inclusion through work with children, families, schools and other professionals.
• Passion for applied psychology in your specialist area and influencing the wider system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evaluate service developments, delivering sustainable models such as Experts at Hand.
• Represent the service and promote applied psychology in your specialist area.
• Collaborate with partners to develop reach and impact of service models.
• Support quality assurance, evaluation and continuous improvement of delivery.
