Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a SOx/ICFR Controls Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across the IT function. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to ensure Internal Controls for Financial Reporting and IT General Controls remain effective and compliant while supporting key business objectives.

You’ll lead control design, risk assessment and remediation activities, work with auditors, and drive continuous improvement to protect the organisation from financial and operational

Qualifications

• Advanced SOx compliance experience, including Cloud ITGC controls.
• Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Technical auditing skills and corporate-level audit experience.
• Strong Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and risk assessment practices.
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology and the business to promote strong controls.
• Oversee remediation activities and provide insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to strengthen ICFR/ITGC controls.
