Qualifications

Experience designing, implementing, or assessing SOX control frameworks within IT environments.
Background in IT risk, advisory, or audit with a focus on controls.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Lead IT governance, risk awareness, and internal controls across technology and engineering teams.
Drive Global IT Controls (GITC) within SOX-compliant systems.
Oversee control testing, QA reviews, and remediation to maintain compliance.
Investigate control weaknesses, identify root causes, and implement remediation plans.
Build relationships with auditors to ensure efficient audits and maximise value.
Create and deliver training for managers and control owners.
Act as SME in IT and business transformation initiatives with controlled changes.
Lead, coach and develop a small team to sustain improvements.
