Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Sourcing Manager within our Claims Legal and Technical category to own subcategories, lead complex sourcing projects, and deliver commercial value across internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will manage negotiations, drive supplier innovation, and champion sustainability while mitigating risk. Travel to Allianz offices is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Claims Legal experience and understanding of the legal services landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Ability to independently create and execute category strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of key subcategories within the Claims Legal and Technical portfolio.
• Leading complex sourcing projects, tenders, contractual and commercial negotiations.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across Claims, Legal, and Compliance.
• Driving supplier innovation through SRM collaboration.
• Managing risk across the legal supply chain.
• Championing sustainability and ethical sourcing.
• Hitting targets for savings and KPIs.
