Job summary

Allianz Management Services Ltd is seeking a Sourcing Manager for the Claims Legal and Technical category within Procurement. You will own subcategories, develop strategy, and work with Claims, Legal, Compliance and external law firms to secure value.

You’ll lead complex sourcing projects and negotiations to optimise costs, while maturing performance measurements with SRM. Travel to any Allianz office is required; hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Claims Legal experience — understanding of legal services landscape and panel management.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven impact on value.
• Proven ability to independently create and execute category strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence capacity.
• Solid analytical skills with spend data insight capability.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices; familiarity with modern procurement systems.
• Nice to Have: CIPS qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key subcategories within the Claims Legal and Technical portfolio and develop strategy.
• Lead complex sourcing projects, tenders, and contractual negotiations for cost optimisation.
• Build strong relationships with Claims, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
• Drive supplier innovation through market engagement with SRM.
• Manage risk across the legal supply chain and mitigate issues early.
• Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing in procurement activities.
• Hit targets on savings, KPIs and value-add measures year over year.
