Job summary

Gold Group seeks a Sourcing Lead to drive procurement for the Mechanical Structures domain, leading RFx events and supplier onboarding. You will work with the Category Manager and Supply Chain Manager to implement robust strategies and to future-proof the supply chain.

In this role you will lead commercial negotiations, apply procurement best practices, and manage risk across the supplier base, delivering tangible TCO reductions and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• CIPS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience running complex RFx processes.
• Solid understanding of sourcing across product lifecycles.
• Ability to analyse open-book cost models and drive TCO reductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities aligned to category and domain strategy.
• Present sourcing outcomes to senior stakeholders with risk mitigation.
• Draft and implement commercial agreements and define negotiation strategies.
• Identify supplier risks and present mitigation plans.
• Onboard suppliers and support procurement transformation initiatives.
