Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Sourcing Lead for a 6-month contract in Stevenage. The role will drive procurement excellence for the Mechanical Structures domain, lead RFx events, and collaborate with Category and Supply Chain Managers to strengthen the supply base.

Some travel to supplier sites is required and BPSS clearance is needed before starting. The role requires experience in complex sourcing, solid procurement tools knowledge, and the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CIPS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience running complex sourcing events/RFX.
• Ability to lead procurement discussions and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities in line with category/domain strategy and RFx events.
• Draft and implement commercial agreements; lead negotiation strategies.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and present mitigation plans.
• Support onboarding of suppliers and transversal procurement improvements.
