Job summary

WTW is expanding its Sourcing team and seeking an experienced Category Manager to drive outsourcing and consulting spend. You will lead category strategies, manage supplier relationships, run RFPs/RFIs, and ensure governance in line with WTW policies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, US, France and Mumbai and partner with the Material Outsourcing and Consulting Lead to deliver measurable value and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable category management experience with spend analysis and contract analysis.
• Proficiency with Ariba Sourcing and Contract modules is essential.
• Experience in leading outsourcing and professional services category initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand demand, initiatives and project pipelines.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs and negotiations to create robust sourcing plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance through scorecards and reviews.
• Consolidate suppliers, drive value, and implement continuous improvement.
• Work with Legal, Finance and Compliance on contracts and risk mitigation.
• Present savings and supplier performance insights to senior management.
