Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a senior procurement lead to shape global offshore vessel strategies and drive RFIs/RFQs for EPCI, transport, installation and decommissioning.

You will negotiate commercially and legally with support from the legal team, monitor market trends and mentor junior team members across international projects. This full-time role requires travel and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, commercial or contract management.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating high-value contracts.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of procurement strategies for global offshore projects.
• Coordinate with supporting functions to prepare RFIs and RFQs for EPCI, transport, installation and decommissioning.
• Evaluate RFQ responses on total cost of ownership, considering interfaces and portfolio synergies.
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations with support from the legal team.
• Monitor market developments to inform corporate strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key supplier contacts.
• Coach junior vessel procurement team members to support development and performance.
