Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing Core/Agile to lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting across External Manufacturing portfolios. You will plan RFx events, negotiate terms, and partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to execute contracts.

You’ll drive cost optimization, supplier risk management, and process improvements in a dynamic, regulated manufacturing environment, with a focus on delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 7+ years.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting activities in EXM or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation practices and delivering savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events for assigned EXM categories.
• Plan and execute RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, capacity, and terms.
• Support contract development, review and execution with Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver measurable sourcing value through cost optimization and contract execution.
• Maintain supplier awareness of capabilities, capacity constraints, and market dynamics.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Category Managers and stakeholders to execute sourcing initiatives.
