Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing Core/Agile in the United Kingdom. You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events across EXM Core/Agile areas, driving cost optimization and timely contract execution.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will manage RFx processes, supplier selections, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value. Your background includes a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience (or a Bachelor’s with 7+ years) in strategic sourcing,

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and terms.
• Support contract development and execution with Legal and cross-functional teams.
