Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of R&D Strategic Sourcing & Value Management to lead enterprise sourcing across the global R&D organization. You’ll drive total value through supplier governance, analytics, and end-to-end sourcing programs.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, shape category strategies, and deliver measurable savings while balancing quality, speed, and compliance. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D value chain and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to translate priorities into sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFx, negotiations, and implementation planning.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to report value realization and supplier performance.
• Provide team leadership and capability development within Strategic Sourcing.
