Bupa Global in Brighton is seeking an SME Account Manager to own a portfolio of SME clients, build trusted relationships and drive renewals and growth. You will work with direct customers and intermediary partners to deliver outstanding service while balancing commercial objectives.

You will manage pricing discussions, maintain records and stay informed on market trends, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Formación

• Experience managing SME accounts and developing relationships.
• Proven ability to negotiate with customers and drive renewals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
