Job summary

Bupa is seeking an SME Account Manager for the Brighton location (Victory House) with a flexible/hybrid pattern. The role focuses on owning an SME client portfolio, driving renewals, retention, and growth while balancing customer needs with commercial objectives.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME customers.

• Own customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage pricing discussions and support commercial decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance.
