Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and management of contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects in the United Kingdom. You will act as the primary contact between Novotech and the client, overseeing project delivery on time and within budget in accordance with ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements.

The role requires solid knowledge of drug development, CRO operations, and risk management, with at least 7 years in clinical research and project management.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 7 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage contracted responsibilities for assigned projects, acting as primary client contact.
• Lead and oversee execution of clinical projects in line with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate them; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Biometrics, Pharmacovigilance) and manage vendors.
• Set up and maintain project plans, timelines, and study-tracking tools; monitor progress and provide updates.
