Job summary

Héroux-Devtek in the United Kingdom (Runcorn) is seeking an experienced SIOP Manager. You will oversee demand signals, forecast reviews, and capacity alignment while guiding Planning Coordinators and Analysts.

Close collaboration with Program Managers and Production Control is essential to balance demand with capacity and drive KPI improvements. The role focuses on leading SIOP processes, data integrity, and BOM/production scheduling, ensuring a robust plan is in place to meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or similar.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated MRP system understanding, ideally Infor LN experience.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand signals (OE, Spares, MRO, Warranty) and align with budget, lead time and capacity.
• Lead SIOP data and meetings; address shortfalls and spikes with corrective actions.
• Maintain Master Production Schedule and cascade MRP requirements through ERP.
