360 Property MS is seeking a proactive salesperson in Slough to convert accommodation enquiries into confirmed bookings across the UK and Ireland. You will source properties, negotiate with owners, and manage reservations through our PMS and CRM while generating new business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a sales role.
• Proven experience converting enquiries into sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Experience using PMS, CRM or similar online systems.
• Ability to work full-time from our Slough office.

Responsibilities

• Convert accommodation enquiries into confirmed bookings across the UK and Ireland.
• Source suitable accommodation and negotiate rates to maximise margins.
• Build relationships with corporate bookers and repeat clients for extensions.
• Manage CRM and PMS data accuracy and lead progression.
• Outbound lead generation to identify and secure new business.
