Base Salary: £26,500 per year plus commission
We are a growing UK-based short & medium term rental group servicing 550+ units across the UK and Ireland, with our head office in the UK and operations in Dubai.
360 Stays and Luxaura Homes, our luxury short-term rental brand, are among the short-term rental brands where we are directly responsible for sales. We also run Perigon Living, our corporate accommodation agency. Between them we look after leisure guests, business travellers, contractors and project teams.
We are looking for an ambitious salesperson to join our team in Slough.
This is a specialist sales and reservations role. Experience in short-term rentals or serviced accommodation is a real advantage, but the most important thing is that you can sell.
You will be responsible for taking accommodation enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking and staying close to the client throughout their stay. You will work with corporate and business accommodation bookers, source suitable properties, negotiate with property owners and accommodation providers, and manage reservations through our Property Management System (PMS) and CRM. You will also generate new business through your own outbound work.
You will work across both sides of the accommodation transaction:
This is a hands-on commercial role where your ability to convert enquiries, negotiate effectively and secure suitable accommodation will directly contribute to company revenue.
This is not a general sales, customer service or virtual assistant position.
1. Convert Accommodation Enquiries Into Confirmed Bookings
You will be responsible for turning qualified accommodation enquiries into confirmed reservations across the UK and Ireland.
2. Manage Corporate & Business Accommodation Enquiries
You will communicate directly with professional accommodation bookers, including:
You will need to quickly understand what the client requires and identify a commercially suitable solution.
You will also build relationships with repeat corporate bookers and help develop ongoing accommodation business.
A confirmed booking is the start of the relationship, not the end. You will stay in touch with guests and bookers at several points before, during and after each stay. The aim is to secure extensions and win repeat bookings, because that is where margin builds over time.
Converting guests into clients is a big part of this. Many of our guests travel for work, and every one of those stays is a chance to open a new account. You will find out who arranges accommodation for their company, start that conversation, and turn a single booking into regular business.
4. Source Suitable Accommodation
When our existing property inventory doesn't meet a client's requirements, you will source suitable alternatives through our network of property owners and accommodation providers, and grow that network over time.
You should be confident picking up the phone, speaking with property owners and negotiating commercially.
5. Generate New Business
Outbound lead generation is a core part of the role. You will:

You’ll need to be comfortable:
You will use property management, CRM and other online systems every day.
Experience with platforms such as:
You don't necessarily need experience with every system listed above, but you must be comfortable working with technology and learning new platforms quickly.
Accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date enquiry, client and booking information are important parts of the role.
You must have:
The following would be advantageous:
This role suits someone who already knows how to sell and wants the chance to earn more and progress in an industry with real room to grow.
You should be able to receive an accommodation enquiry and independently:
You should also be comfortable sourcing additional properties when our existing inventory doesn't meet the client's requirements.
We're looking for someone who understands that successful reservations take more than answering enquiries. You need to be able to sell, negotiate, follow up and close.
Success in this role means:
This is a fully office‑based role in Slough, Berkshire. After a minimum of 6 months in the office, and depending on performance, there may be the option to work from home and spend more time out in the field. Field work means viewing properties and meeting clients, prospects and agency partners at their offices. This is not guaranteed.
You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, alongside the wider team.
Outside office hours, we may occasionally need to get hold of you. This would only be if the team picks up a guest issue that needs your input, and it won't be a regular thing. You won't be expected to be online in the evenings or at weekends, but we do need to be able to reach you when it genuinely matters to a guest or client.
The role involves frequent telephone, email and online communication with corporate clients, business bookers, property owners and accommodation providers.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Slough office.
