City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a Service Manager – Safeguarding to lead safeguarding and exploitation across Adult Social Care. The role focuses on strategic, person‑centred practice and driving change through the MASH and related safeguarding teams.

You will report to the Head of Safeguarding and Ageing Well, shaping care outcomes for adults and carers while promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for safeguarding and exploitation, including the Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
• Be responsible for the Court of Protection and Funerals Team and help deliver the best outcomes for adults and carers.
• Lead across key safeguarding services and report to the Head of Service for Safeguarding and Ageing Well.
