Job summary

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) seeks a Service Strategy Implementation Lead (Inside IR35) for a hybrid contract running to 31 March 2027. The role requires 2 days weekly in the Bristol office and active SC/Clearance is essential.

You will lead the implementation of LCP services strategy, translating strategic intent into practical service design, route-to-market, improvement and transition plans, coordinating commercial, user-support and programme activity to enhance customer experience and

Qualifications

Experience leading service improvement, transformation or implementation activity.
Extensive experience delivering strategic implementations within central government.
Ability to design practical plans that improve customer experience and route-to-market delivery.
Strong cross-functional delivery, risk and dependency management experience.
Effective stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead services strategy implementation across commercial, user-support and programme workstreams.
Coordinate route-to-market activity at contract, catalogue and service level.
Develop user-focused service designs, standards, measures and continuous-improvement plans.
Manage risks, dependencies, benefits and stakeholder expectations.
Lead transition, readiness, guidance and user-support activity through to operational adoption.
