Clear IT Recruitment Ltd in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is recruiting a Senior Buyer to source components at the lowest price and at the right time, to meet specifications for watch and accessories production.

You will develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, place timely purchase orders, monitor costs and stock levels, and produce regular procurement reports while working in an ERP system (Priority desirable).

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent numerical skills with the ability to analyse information and prepare reports.
• Able to communicate well across diverse teams and departments.
• Work autonomously yet collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with high standards and resilience under pressure.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office; experience reading engineering drawings desirable.
• ERP software experience (Priority desirable).

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all direct component related purchasing across the business.
• Management and development of supplier relationships.
• Sourcing new suppliers.
• Negotiating on pricing, quantities, and lead times.
• Ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner for NPI and on-schedule delivery.
• Maintaining stock levels to meet production needs and optimize stock.
