Location: Nationwide travel reporting to Epsom/Hybrid working | Procurement | Permanent

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

As a Property and FM Senior Buyer, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful procurement outcomes. You should have basic knowledge of contract law, experience in cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and category management will be vital in delivering value and managing supplier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with the business to understand strategic objectives and requirements.
2. Deliver sourcing initiatives and develop category strategies.
3. Provide technical and market expertise for sourcing projects.
4. Manage supplier risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
5. Implement sourcing projects following best practices and promote standardization.
6. Maintain commercial supplier relationships, control costs, and manage risks.
7. Experience in both hard and soft Facilities Management is essential.
