Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Graduated Approach Lead to provide strategic leadership for inclusive SEND practice across Staffordshire, driving the development and implementation of the graduated approach to support children and young people with additional needs. You will work closely with schools, partners and SEND services to improve inclusion, early intervention and outcomes.

The role leads networks and programmes, uses performance data to identify opportunities, and supports

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading and delivering strategic SEND initiatives across educational settings.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, responsibilities and the APDR cycle.
• Experience embedding inclusive practice and adaptive teaching to improve outcomes.
• Collaborative work with schools, SENCOs and multi-agency partners to drive system-wide improvement.
• Strong leadership and project management with ability to influence and lead change.
• Experience using performance data and quality assurance to inform planning and service improvement.
