Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management, segment marketing, market intelligence, or applications science within analytical instrumentation, life sciences tools, or closely related tech industries.
Deep domain expertise in the assigned segment, including customer workflows, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics.
Proven experience conducting structured VOC programmes and translating insights into actionable product strategy inputs.
Experience producing Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and competitive analyses used to guide investments.
Strong communication skills for written and verbal presenting to technical and commercial audiences.
Experience working across product lines to align go-to-market with portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

Maintain deep knowledge of the segment: customer workflows, buying behaviour, regulatory requirements, competitors, and technology trends.
Lead VOC programs across geographies and sub-verticals, engaging with key opinion leaders and partners.
Own MRD creation and annual updates, presenting findings to senior leaders.
Develop go-to-market strategies and enablement tools to empower sales and regional marketing.
Create thought leadership content and represent the company at industry events.
Measure segment growth and ensure MRD-driven decisions are reflected in roadmaps.
