Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to join the security team and drive the design and delivery of secure solutions across a large programme. You will produce high- and low-level security designs, ensuring they meet security policies and patterns and are fit for purpose.

You will collaborate with Technology Solution Architects, Project Managers and Business Analysts from design through production, applying threat modelling, risk assessment and security governance to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience providing security support to enterprise-level projects.
• Knowledge of threat modelling techniques (STRIDE, DREAD, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Ability to produce security requirements with quality and compliance.
• Experience across Infrastructure, Networks, Systems, Database, and Applications.
• Strong security domain knowledge: identity & access management, cryptography, endpoint security, network security, application security, monitoring and vulnerability management.
• Experience working with external parties for security test plans and testing.
• Excellent cloud security knowledge across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Familiar with CIS, ISO 27000, PCI-DSS, and NIST frameworks.
• Ability to communicate risks to stakeholders and reach a risk position.
• Excellent written, presentational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist security support within a project team to design security early in the lifecycle.
• Support security triage of solutions considering resources, timescales and required skillset.
• Conduct security risk assessments using threat modelling techniques.
• Produce security designs for high-security workstreams detailing security requirements from risk outputs.
• Support assessment and communication of identified security risks and non-compliance to stakeholders.
• Undertake security design governance and update artefacts as required.
• Produce test plans and scopes for functional security and penetration testing, coordinating internal and external tests.
