Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection in the UK seeks a Senior Project Delivery leader. You will own capital project delivery from definition through commissioning, ensuring governance, cost, schedule, quality and risk are managed to time and target.

You will lead the Scientific Investment Programme, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to shape investment proposals and enable timely, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or closely related technical discipline is required.
• An advanced degree in economics, finance, business administration or related discipline is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management disciplines; PMI certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Scientific Investment Programme with governance and delivery support.
• Maintain visibility of expenditure, forecast, progress, risks and delivery confidence.
• Lead and develop cross-functional asset investment communities and optimise project scope and value.
