You will empower Heads of School and senior leaders to be creative, curious, and responsible for the flourishing of each school, while partnering with governors, parents/carers, and staff. The role emphasizes safeguarding and wellbeing.

• Provide executive leadership for the federation.
• Oversee four rural primary schools: Barcombe, Hamsey, Plumpton and Iford & Kingston.
• Foster educational excellence and personal development across the federation.
• Champion staff wellbeing and safeguarding across all schools.
