Job summary

ContinU Plus Academy is seeking a proactive School Business & Office Manager to lead the business functions of the school in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. You will oversee finance, HR, ICT, premises, and compliance, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling teaching staff to focus on learning.

As a small school, the SBM will also supervise the school office and work closely with the leadership team to implement strategic improvements and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management for an educational setting.
• Strong people management and HR process experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance.

Responsibilities
