Byfleet Primary is a supportive and friendly one-form entry primary school, committed to high-quality education and progress for all our children. We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic School Business Manager who will build a strong Admin & Premises Team within our busy school and trust environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Governors as part of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of the school,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in school or similar setting.
• Strong financial and HR background.
• Experience leading budget planning and payroll.
• Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Admin & Premises Team and oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Oversee finance, procurement, HR, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
• Ensure health & safety, data protection and compliance across the school.
• Collaborate with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Governors.
