Job summary

Templefield Lower School is seeking a proactive School Business Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and governors to ensure the smooth running of the school, with responsibilities spanning finance, premises, health and safety, HR and administration.

The role requires a proactive, well-organised individual who can handle a busy environment, build strong relationships with staff and external partners, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience in financial or business management, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, procurement and resources effectively.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in financial and management information systems.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
