Brazen Search is seeking a Sales Manager in Birmingham to drive growth for a specialist print and packaging machinery manufacturer. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to order, and build strong customer relationships across the UK and beyond.

The role rewards a commercially driven professional with a track record in selling high-value capital equipment and the ability to work with engineers to deliver tailored, technically complex solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales.
• Experience selling high-value, technically complex products.
• Comfortable dealing with engineers and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK and potentially international markets.
• Sell bespoke and special purpose print and packaging machinery to industrial customers.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, forecast sales.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor technical solutions.
