Technimove is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales organisation and drive profitable revenue growth. Reporting to the CRO, you’ll lead External Account Managers and Account Directors and shape our growth strategy.

• Experience leading sales teams and revenue growth.
• Proven track record with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong pipeline forecasting and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Own revenue and gross-profit targets with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Develop strategic customer relationships, including C-Suite stakeholders.
• Act as Executive Sponsor for strategic customers and expand key accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasting and risk identification.
