Hunter Douglas Architectural Products is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK and Ireland AP sales team. You will drive growth, manage major accounts and shape the sales strategy across architectural and construction sectors.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, coaching a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to deliver ambitious targets and successful project outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 5+ years' B2B sales experience in construction/architectural products.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing successful sales teams.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets in a project-led environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with complex, long-term project sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a high performing sales team focused on accountability and customer outcomes.
• Set clear sales objectives, targets and KPIs; regularly review performance and identify development opportunities.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by pursuing new business opportunities across architectural and construction sectors.
• Manage and oversee the project pipeline from early specification through execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors and consultants.
• Support the team with complex, high-value accounts, negotiations and key project opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
• Provide accurate forecasts, reports and market insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with specification, marketing, operations and finance to deliver projects.
