Somerset Council is seeking a high-profile Local Safeguarding Children Board Business Manager to guide the SSCP Business Unit through the next phase of its development. You will ensure delivery of statutory safeguarding responsibilities while driving improvement of multi-agency safeguarding arrangements across Somerset, leading and developing the Business Unit and collaborating with partner organisations.

• Significant safeguarding or multi-agency partnership experience.
• Experience leading strategic, cross-stakeholder programmes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and LCSPRs.
