Plymouth CAST is seeking an exceptional Lead for Safeguarding to shape and strengthen safeguarding practice across our Trust, promoting a culture of vigilance, care, accountability and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure safeguarding remains at the forefront of all activities.

• Extensive knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practice.
• Senior leadership experience with strategic oversight.
